At Luxurious Strands by Tim, we value each and every customer and take pride in providing high-quality products. Please carefully review our policy below before placing your order.

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Hair extensions and related products are considered hygienic goods. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, tampered with, or removed from its original packaging. Running your fingers through the hair or breaking the hygiene seal will void any possibility of a return or store credit.

Order Processing & Shipping

 

  • Processing Time: All orders take 2–3 business days to process.
  • Shipping Time: Once processed, orders will ship within 5–7 business days.
  • Business Days: Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Please allow the full processing and shipping window before inquiring about order status.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled. Please double-check your cart, shipping address, and product selections before submitting your order.

Refunds & Store Credits

We do not offer refunds. If there is a verified issue with your order, you may be eligible for a store credit upon review.

To be considered for store credit, you must:

  • Email us at luxestrandsbytim@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include your full name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Attach clear photos or video showing the problem with the product.

We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above criteria or appears to be fraudulent.

Order Verification & Protection

To prevent fraud and protect both our customers and our business:

  • All orders are subject to verification.
  • We reserve the right to request identification, proof of purchase, or deny service if suspicious or duplicate activity is detected.

Chargebacks & Dispute Protection

By placing an order with Luxurious Strands by Tim, you are agreeing to all terms listed on this policy page. This includes our shipping timelines, hygiene standards, refund/store credit policies, and order change restrictions.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Once your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • Delivery confirmation via tracking number serves as proof of delivery.
  • If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Fraud & Dispute Prevention

We use fraud detection tools and retain records of:

  • Order confirmation emails
  • IP addresses and device used for purchase
  • Shipping and billing addresses
  • Correspondence history
  • Delivery confirmation and tracking

This information is used to dispute any fraudulent claims or chargebacks. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

Billing Information

For your protection, we may require that the billing and shipping addresses match or request ID verification before fulfilling high-risk orders
