We wanted to start by answering a few Frequently Asked Questions known as F.A.Q.

“When will my order ship”
1. All orders are processed 2-3 business working days after purchase. If you have selected the Shop-Pay option the order will automatically process for 3 days before shipment. You will receive a email regarding tracking and shipment of order details once order has fully been processed and is ready to be mailed. We use USPS for all orders and shipping timeframes are 5-7 business days after processing.

“Can I make changes to my order”
2. Once orders are placed and payment is received and processed we cannot alter or change due to daily quality assurance. 

“Can I start a refund or exchange”

3. At this time we are NOT offering refunds only store credits. If there is a error with the order that has been sent such as you have received the wrong item please email customer service at luxestrandsbytime@gmail.com within 48 hours and include the order number. In the event the item is indeed a store error, we will make an exchange for the correct item. In order to proceed with the exchange the hair package cannot be opened or tampered with as hair is considered a hygienic product. If the label of the package is torn or the hair has evidence of tamper i.e running fingers through or combing, we will not exchange the order and will send it back.
